ABOUT US

Affinity Storage is managed by Jodi and Jason Manhard. Jodi has a background as an entrepreneur, having operated multiple multi-level marketing businesses over the years, while also serving as a financial store manager for over 19 years. Jason runs Manhard Sign Company and boasts more than 30 years of experience as a sign fabricator.

In April 2023, we launched a hotshot transporting company, Manhard Transporting LLC, while continuing to manage our other ventures. Our current focus is on expanding the transporting business to facilitate further investments in the storage sector. Come check us out at www.manhardtransporting.com.

We have successfully bought and sold single-family homes, extending our investment strategy into self-storage. Alongside our investors, we are keen on acquiring self-storage facilities that generate strong cash flow and enhancing their value to boost performance.

Training

Jodi has taken part in a lengthy mentoring program through Self Storage Investing. As part of this mentoring program she has been taught the best business practices in the self storage industry by some of the industry’s leading investors, consultants and instructors.

As a graduate, I have demonstrated the ability to not only accurately identify self storage facilities, but also to negotiate, acquire, and manage these facilities. I have also been taught how to successfully market and maximize our self storage facilities potential.

During my studies I have been taken behind the scenes of the industry. The self storage industry is the best kept secret in real estate. I have been taught first hand how to find, negotiate and acquire strong cash-flowing self storage properties and I have a wealth of tools to succeed in this industry.
